David Borton is currently a PhD student in Biomedical Engineering at Brown University specializing in Neural Engineering. He works with Dr. Arto Nurmikko on the development of fully implantable, wireless, broadband neural sensors to enable communication for individuals. He graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering and currently resides in Providence, Rhode Island, living with his wife on a 28' Cape Dory sailboat.
